Mindful movement empowers the body and the spirit by using the physical sensations we are observing to tether us to the present moment. In your own space and at your own time, Trish can support your movement practice with her educational, engaging and encouraging style of teaching. She has been teaching yoga since 2015 and is in her second year at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Trish loves to connect her two passions together in her classes and provides interesting information about the body with the help of her skeleton, Simon.
