These virtual yoga classes intend to gather people around the collective goal that is to move and explore our bodies. These classes will support your body’s wellbeing by improving fluid flow and increasing the strength and mobility of your muscles and joints. Each class is designed to deeply connect students to their heart and bones. Expect to find familiar yoga poses and flows infused with exploratory movements to get you curious about the way you navigate not just on the mat, but also in daily life. By being fully present in our own bodies we may find more ways to be fully present in our spaces and relationships as well.
